Yes we do. We source the picture or video and we create graphics in Canva as needed. We can use assets that you have, or we can make new ones, but either way, we are responsible for providing this.
Yes, we write the captions as well as provide the picture and decide which hashtags to use.

Yes, we handle the posting of your actual content to your different social platforms, as well as provide the graphic/video/picture.
We fully expect clients to have a couple of last minute posts during the month. Just let your account manager know what you need in Basecamp, and we will post it for you at no additional charge. We just ask that you give us at least 2 business days notice.
No there is not. We don’t feel the need to lock our clients in. If you want to leave, you are free to do so at any point!
